Intrusion alarm integration

Intrusion alarm (SSWiN) integration with access control

We connect intrusion and hold-up alarm systems with access control, so panel, zone and sensor states and alarms are visible and usable in one place.

What we do

  • Reproducing panels, zones, sensors and partitions in the access control platform.
  • Zone alarms derived from sensor states.
  • An event journal with replay after link loss, so no events are lost.
  • Linking alarms to operator applications and site processes.

From our projects

We delivered an integration of the VENO (Novus) system with Gamanet C4 2024:

  • a mediating service (.NET 8) reads events and the device structure of the alarm system,
  • a C4 driver reproduces panels, zones, sensors, partitions and doors in C4 and imports the structure with a wizard,
  • the protocol between the service and the driver: a TLS channel, HMAC-signed authentication and delivery acknowledgements,
  • automated tests, including an end-to-end test of the whole channel.

What we need for the analysis

  • the vendor and version of the alarm system,
  • access to an interface, logs or protocol documentation,
  • the list of panels, zones and sensors to reproduce,
  • a description of the expected reactions to alarms.

Frequently asked questions

Which intrusion alarm systems do you work with?
We have a delivered integration of the VENO system with Gamanet C4. Other systems are assessed individually based on protocols and documentation.
Is the data channel secured?
Yes. Communication between the mediating service and the platform is encrypted (TLS) and authenticated, and the technical account has minimal permissions.
What happens after a link outage?
Events are buffered and replayed once the connection is restored, and panel and zone states are rebuilt.

Describe your installation and we will assess feasibility.

Tell us which systems you want to connect. We reply with an initial assessment and technical questions.
