Gamanet C4 integration: drivers, applications and bridges to other systems

What we do

• C4 drivers for devices and systems that have no ready-made connector.
• Applications and portals built on the Gamanet C4 SDK, for example creating people, access levels and identifiers.
• Event bridges: states and alarms from external systems shown in the C4 device tree.
• Operator applications and dashboards fitted to the customer's workflow.

How it works technically

1. 01

   Driver

   A .c4driver package built on the DriverFramework, installed on the C4 server. It reproduces devices, states and events in C4.

2. 02

   Bridge

   A service next to the external system, connected to the driver over an authenticated TCP/TLS channel with delivery acknowledgements.

3. 03

   Application

   Talks to the C4 server through the SDK over HTTPS, including from a Linux server, using a technical account with minimal permissions.

From our projects

• A QR guest portal for C4 2024: the application creates a person, access levels and an identifier in C4 for the visit only and removes them afterwards. Verified against a C4 21.0 server.
• A driver and bridge for C4 2024 for an external alarm system: panel, zone and sensor states, an event journal with replay after link loss, and a wizard that imports the device structure.

Does it work with every C4 version?

We have worked with Gamanet C4 2024. Compatibility with other versions is confirmed during analysis, as it depends on the SDK version and licenses.

Are you an official Gamanet partner?

We do not claim official partner status. We provide integration and software development services for installations based on Gamanet C4.

It depends on the scope and the available documentation. After the analysis we give a concrete scope and schedule.
